The calculators, legal summaries, and templates on this site reflect general UK law and statutory rates believed to be accurate as of the date shown, but they cannot account for your specific contract, employer policy, personal circumstances, or any changes to the law since that date. When you purchase The Maternity Plan Blueprint, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual maternity planning. This licence is for you alone, the purchaser, and does not extend to any other person.
You may not:
- Share, forward, resell, or redistribute your login, your account, or any content, downloads, or printed material generated by this product with anyone else
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of this product's content, design, or templates, in whole or in part, for any other purpose
- Use this product, or any content from it, to create a competing product or service
You're welcome to print or download your own personal documents (your Blueprint, your letters, your trackers) for your own use, including sharing the specific letters and documents you've generated with your own employer, HR department, or healthcare providers as part of your own maternity planning. That's what they're for. What isn't permitted is sharing access to the product itself, or its underlying content, with anyone who hasn't purchased it.
Refunds
The Maternity Plan Blueprint is digital content delivered instantly on purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase, but this right does not apply once digital content has been supplied, provided you've given your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that doing so means you lose your right to cancel. That consent is captured at the point of purchase.
Because access is granted immediately, we're not able to offer refunds once you've accessed the product, except where required by law, for example, if the product is faulty or not as described.
If you believe there's a genuine problem with your purchase, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
General
The Maternity Plan Blueprint is provided "as is." While we take care to keep statutory rates and legal information current, we don't guarantee the content is error-free or that it stays perfectly up to date between reviews. Using this product doesn't guarantee any particular outcome with your employer or any legal or financial process.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
